Who We Are
Here at Cornerstone Bible Church, we are focused on our relationships — with God, within the body of Christ, and with the lost.
Our desire is to know Christ deeply through His Word and encourage one another in faith, truth, and love.
We seek to glorify God through worship, discipleship, fellowship, and sharing the Gospel with our community.
What We Believe
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
2 Timothy 3:16–17
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, the only Savior of the world.
John 1:1–14
Salvation
We believe salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone.

Our History
1966 — The Beginning
Cornerstone Bible Church began as Chacon Lake Baptist Church in Natalia, Texas. Founded with a desire to faithfully teach God’s Word and reach the local community, the church became a place where families gathered in worship, fellowship, and discipleship.
1994 — A New Chapter
As the church continued to grow and serve the surrounding area, the congregation became known as Country Baptist Church. Through the years, the church remained committed to biblical teaching, community outreach, and sharing the Gospel faithfully.
Today — Cornerstone Bible Church
Today, Cornerstone Bible Church continues that same mission: to glorify God through Christ-centered teaching, discipleship, worship, and community. While the name has changed over the years, the heart of the church remains rooted in Scripture and focused on pointing people to Jesus Christ.
